Alain Mallart & Associates
Three companies currently group together Alain Mallart’s holdings: Externalis, Energipole and Ojirel.
Externalis was set up in order to extend Alain Mallart’s business angel activities and has progressively structured itself into a capital risk company. Since 1998, starting in Brussels, the company has invested in several countries, particularly in technology and services to companies.
At the end of the 1990s, Alain Mallart also invested in creating and developing an activity for collecting and recycling waste in the Indian Ocean, Dubai and South Africa. These investments led to the recent creation of a second holding company, Energipole, based on multiple partnerships, with company directors, but also with large industrial groups, particularly in solar energy. The objective is to work on specialised projects with a high capitalistic investment with a long-term orientation.
The third holding company, Ojirel, created in 2000, is specialised in real estate. It is involved in three activities: estate investment, buying and selling of residential buildings and management and development of assets as an asset manager.
